Input
The only line of input contains two integers $ x $ and $ y $. ($ -100 \le x, y \le 100 $)
Output
If $ P $ lies in a quadrant, output Quadrant N,
where N is either I, II, III or IV, representing the quadrant $ P $ lies in.
If $ P $ does not lie in a quadrant, output None.
